Job Description
The position is responsible for providing common and transactional HR services on timekeeping and payroll processing, benefits planning and administration.
- Generates timekeeping and payroll analytics
- Reviews pay sheets and endorses to HR Supervisor for final approval
- Ensures timeline for payroll processing and payout is observed
- Monitors, approves and commits employee and leave applications in the systems
- Validates accuracy of timekeeping and payroll data based on existing policies and procedures
- Submits timekeeping and payroll data to the payroll vendor based on defined timelines
- Facilitates timekeeping process and ensures that it is done in a timely and accurate manner.
- Facilitates Final pay processing and ensures that it is done in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinates with Payroll provider on Payroll and Timekeeping Concerns
- Administers accurate and on-time payment and recording of government mandated benefits. (SSS, Pag-IBIG, Philhealth)
- Administers all Company and Statutory related processes in a timely and appropriate manner
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience with focus on Compensation and Benefits Administration
- Graduate of any 4-year business related or Behavioral Science course
- Willing to work on a fixed-term only
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
