Job Description
The function is responsible for the supervision and coordination of the Boiler and Turbine-Generator operations and related activities during an assigned shift following established work procedures as well as equipment, safety, and environmental parameters to ensure the safe, reliable, stable , and environmentally compliant generation of specified steam and power.
This position’s area of responsibility covers boilers, turbine-generators, standby gen-set unit, cooling tower and related auxiliaries.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience in boiler-turbine operations in the power plant
- At least 1 year experience as Supervisor
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Registered Mechanical Engineer or Registered Electrical Engineer
- Must be open to being assigned in Toril, Davao City
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
