Job Description
This position is to develop and implement Reputation strategies aligned to the overall direction of the Oil Business Unit.
Strategy, Programs, Projects and other Initiative
- Develop and implement various strategies, programs, projects and initiatives of the Reputation department aligned to the overall direction of the Oil Business Unit
- Assures the successful implementation of strategies, programs and projects initiated by AboitizPower (AP) or Abotiz Equity Ventures (AEV)
- Coordinates with other departments of the Oil Business Unit, AP and AEV and support its various strategies, programs and projects
- Assists, accomplishes and provides the necessary documentation requirements of the Oil BU Departments, AP and AEV
Tools Development
- Identify and develop tools for use relevant to the function of the Reputation Department.
- Continuously evaluate and improve on existing tools of the department responsive to the need evinced.

Skills and Competency Development
- Equip the Reputation Department and the other Departments of the Oil Business Units with the necessary skills to successfully implement the projects, programs and strategies of the Reputation Department.
- Assist in the skills development of the other department as deemed necessary.
Coordination, Support, Representation and Administration
- Ensure that the Reputation team members have necessary tools, skills and competencies for the successful implementation of their functions.
- Coordinate and represent the Reputation Department or the Oil Business Unit in any meetings, conferences, seminars or events that will require personal appearance.
- Responsibly safe-keep all assets, materials and trade instruments assigned to the Department.
- Spearhead the BU-wide communication, documentation, records and reports generation initiatives and function of the Department.
- Spearhead the development, implementation and monitoring of the Department’s strategic plan, budget and other administrative requirements.
- Regularly review and improve on the policies and procedures of the Reputation Department.
- Ensure the compliance of the Department in the policies and procedures of the Oil Business Unit.
- Continuously emulate the company’s values and brand
- Accomplish other tasks and responsibilities that be assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors' Degree holder in any course
- At least six years related working experience and four years leadership experience
- Willing to travel
- With expertise in the full cycle project implementations
- With experience in data and records management
- Familiarity and exposure to various government and private agencies
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and group relations skills
