Job Description
This position shall be responsible for providing overall support to the administration of the company’s General HR Services Systems including Oracle modules relating to HRMS Core, Oracle Self Service, Maximo, MEDEX and Human Resources Information System (Lotus). The position is also responsible for providing assistance in the facilitation of data analytics.
HR Systems
- Ensures accuracy and completeness of Oracle/ HRIS Data for Hedcor Group (Core).
- Ensures that the hierarchy of controls, access and maintenance of HR Oracle are properly implemented.
- Facilitates requests and approval of Hedcor Full Time Equivalent (FTE) in Oracle to ensure alignment with the approved Table of Organization.
- Ensures completeness, consistency and accuracy of Hedcor Work Structure: Parent Organization and Position
- Generates HR reports (Oracle) to provide HR with timely and accurate data to drive organizational effectiveness (i.e. HR Masterlist, etc.)
- Coordinates the clean-up of HRIS and Oracle- Core: deletion of outdated organization and positions; standardization of position titles (Luzon and Mindanao); alignment with current structure.
- Closely coordinates with AP on Oracle and Maximo Ticket requests
- Monitors Oracle Support Services and budget: Ordering Document and Payments.
- Provides troubleshooting tips to other HR TMs on features and functionality of General HR Services systems, as needed.
- Provides assistance in identifying areas of opportunity to improve existing General HR Services systems processes, functionality, and workflow to maximize systems capabilities, to reduce manual processes, and to improve data management and efficiency.
- Gathers data, analyses and presents recommendation for system enhancement, if needed.
Data Analytics
Integrates HRQ metrics and provides analysis to help management make decisions (i.e. turnover rate, cycle time, etc.)
Organizes HR Directory and establishes data library: Attraction, Optimization, and Retention
Monitors regular updates of Abotiz Group Data Analytics (monthly):
-Hedcor Consolidated Movement Report: Movement and Separation
-Attraction
-Training (coordinate with Optimization Team)
Administrative and Documentary Requirements
- Coordinates with the different divisions to ensure updated plantilla count (FTE), structure, and reporting lines in the Table of Organization.
Other Related Tasks
- Maintains and monitors the Calendar of Activities (HRQ Team Leaders).
- Complies with company policies and procedures, safety rules and practices.
- Conforms to the company’s Integrated Management Systems policies, standards, procedures and guidelines.
- Reports Integrated Management System events/incidents or potential events or other risks to the organization.
Protects information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference by:
a. Ensuring confidentiality of the company’s Competency and Performance Management System.
Performs other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior consistent with the purpose of this role.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a holder of Bachelor’s Degree holder, preferably Human Resources Development Management/ Psychology/ Behavioral Science.
- Knowledgeable of HR Systems, preferably in Oracle system.
- With background in HR metrics and data analytics.
- With at least two years of related work experience
