Strategy and Performance Management Manager (for pooling)  

The position is responsible for the following:

• Provide administrative support within the Business Unit
• Manage relationships with internal and external suppliers, partners and stakeholders
• Manage Strategic Planning through Balance Scorecard

Responsibilities (What-How-Why)

Team Management and Organizational Development:

• Responsibly provide administrative and HR support to the Department.
• Regularly review the Departmental TO, scope of work and competency match of the Department.
• Develop and implement individual development plans of team members; implement similar initiatives of HR for the department.
• Ensure all policies, procedures, work instructions and other similar documents are updated and relevant.

Administrative Services:

• Ensure uninterrupted operations by providing administrative requirements to all departments of Oil BU at an acceptable quality and optimized cost, such as, but not limited to:
  • Office Maintenance
  • Outsourced services
  • Shuttle and Fleet Services
  • Frontline support
  • Executive Support
  • Mobile and telecommunication support
  • Project Management, and
  • Emergency response
• Maintain a high level of balanced service to all departments
• Maintain an office environment supportive to the
• business values, culture and well-being of all departments.
• Ensure external and internal compliance and liase with key stakeholders

Executive Support:

• Work with executives to provide the services necessary for them to successfully fulfill their functions.

Corporate Planning / Balance Scorecard:

• Ensure that the Strategic Management Process is implemented.
• Facilitate the Strategic Planning Process of the Business Unit using the Balanced Scorecard framework.
• Ensure that all the strategic plans go through the Risk Management process (ERM Assessment).
• Cascade Tier 1 StratMap to all Team Leaders and Members
• Facilitate the development and review of Tier 2 strategy.
• Ensure that Tier 1 Strategy is updated quarterly and submits report to AP Gen every quarter.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by his/her immediate superior.

• At least 8 years of total working experience
• Leadership Experience of at least 2 years experience
• Project Experience of at least 2 years experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business or Engineering
• Able to lead, motivate, counsel and develop staff
• Demonstrate flexibility in the face of change
• Has deep analytical ability to read and interpret financial and technical data.
• Shows ability to manage multiple priorities without loss of composure.
• Demonstrates awareness of fundamental business principles and an understanding of the overall industry in which the business operates.
