Job Description
Responsible for implementing retention initiatives such:
- Ensuring the updates of the HR metrics/dashboard
- developing effective policies and procedures
- conducting compensation and cost-benefit analysis
- initiating rewards and recognition programs
This position is also responsible for implementing the HR Systems through serving as the point person for:
- systems projects
- mentoring of champions on the maximization of systems usage
- ensuring process improvement
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Management/Business Administration/Psychology/Human Resource Development
- At least 4 to 5 years of working experience in the related field is required
- Preferably with 2 to 3 years of leadership experience
- Preferably with experience in Oracle or other HR systems
- One (1) full-time position available
- Willing to be based in Cebu
