Job Description
This position shall be responsible for managing the necessary shared services and support to the Supply Chain Management to ensure attainment of SCM and company objectives by:
- providing the data quality, market and business analytics to assist management in making better and more sound decisions;
- managing the accreditation of vendors to ensure that the company has a pool of essential and best-in-class vendors.
- managing suppliers to maximize value to the organization through performance management, and rationalization;
- Developing standardized SCM policies and processes aligned with AP policies;
- Leading SCM process governance and optimization initiatives;
- Assisting in the monitoring of team performance, budget and development and execution of all trainings for the continuous improvement of SCM.
This position is the supply chain first-level support who is responsible for providing functional support, developing and conducting testing for applications and system updates and enhancements, documenting supply chain system business processes conducting training end users and facilitating issues resolution with supply chain systems.
Minimum Qualifications
- Any 4-year business related or Behavioral Science course , Engineering or technical background is preferred
- 5 years of experience in SCM/Procurement or related field
- Background in data analytics
- Knowledgeable in using Power BI, Oracle Fusion and/or SAP (or any Cloud based tools) and any other visualization tools
- With experience in creating dashboards
- Experience managing direct reports / subordinates/ leading the implementation of a project
