Job Description

Regulatory Compliance is responsible for the timely preparation and submission of financial or regulatory reports and deliverables for external compliance. He/She ensures proper compliance to internal and external standard policies and procedures.

  • Prepare and submit monthly Depreciation Fund Utilization Reports to Regulatory Team
  • Prepare Financial Portion of ERC Annual Report, including BSUP Financial Statements as applicable
  • Consolidate and submit ERC Annual Report, including BSUP Financial Statements
  • Handle the Accounting Cost Allocation (ACAM) Manual Review and update
  • Consolidate operating and capital expenditure forecasts in PBR format
  • Prepare variance analysis as needed and monitor on a monthly basis the PBR OPEX and PBR CAPEX actual vs. budget amounts
  • Prepare requirements for annual audit of Universal Charges and afterwards submit the audited UC Report to Regulatory Team
  • Coordinate with General Accounting for the submission of requirements to interim and annual audits

Minimum Qualifications

  • With at least 3 years accounting experience with 1 year in team lead position
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy / Any accountancy-related course
  • Preferably Certified Public Accountant
