Job Description

Official Job Title: Workplace Assistant

The position undertakes a range of administrative tasks associated with meetings, office communication, office supplies and tools, documentation, and various support to various CSUs as identified by Workplace Manager.

  • Handles general office administration, replenishment of office and cleaning supplies, processing of payments to third party vendors, and other necessary operation of the offices
  • Ensures that disbursements are in line with budget with cost line item expenditures

  • Keeps track of daily schedules of utility personnel and messenger assigned to the floor

  • Gathers and submits client’s business permit requirements and other required government records

  • Monitors and facilitates Corporate Mobile Plan new applications, renewals, payments, and other related requests

  • Ensure strict compliance to safety, security and environmental policies, rules and regulations in rendering administrative support services

  • nsures that all contracts with third party vendors (Facilities Management, Mobile Plan) are updated and properly filed and SLAs with the various CSUs are updated annually

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any 4 year course
  • Open for Fresh Graduate or at least with 1 year of relevant experience
  • Proficient with google applications
  • Willing to report to office anytime
