Job Description
This position is responsible for supporting the Risk and Business Continuity Manager n the following areas:
- Development and implementation of 1AP Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies, procedures, programs, and initiatives
- Business Continuity Management initiatives and programs
- Operational Risk Management initiatives and programs
- Support the Risk and Business Continuity Manager in designing and developing Information Security Management System (ISMS) governance documents for 1AP and the operating business unit
- Coordinate with BU ISMS leadership in securing ISMS performance information in aid of corporate reporting, policy, and governance planning
- Communicate, facilitate, monitor and provide support in the implementation of ISMS governance requirements and initiatives in the operating business unit
- Communicate, monitor and provide support in the implementation ISMS
governance requirements and initiatives AP Business Units (BU) - Develop and maintain ISMS-related trackers and monitoring platforms for the operating business unit and 1AP
- Support the Risk and Business Continuity Manager in designing and developing
- Business Continuity Management (BCM) governance documents for 1AP and the operating business unit that relates to ISMS
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business
- Basic to advance training on ISO 27000 and NIST standards
- Basic knowledge in Risk Management, ISO 31000, COSO standards, FM Global, other risk engineering standards
- Basic knowledge in the field of BCM, preferably the BS25999/ISO 22301.
- Basic knowledge in the field of QMS, EMS, and OHSMS
