Job Description
The position is responsible for providing additional support to all related OSH requirement of PD&E Renewable Team as well as ensuring that each project is compliant and following the OSH regulation of the company and the government. This position will be focusing more on the OSH performance quality of the PD&E.
Responsibilities will include:
- Provide assistance and support to all OSH requirement and compliances by the RE PDE
- Ensure that all regulatory document is submitted on time as well as ensuring each team in PDE to comply with government requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform OSH audit as well as ensuring that all findings will be closed.
- Analyze OSH data by comparing with standards and recommend action plans.
- Regularly monitors the expenses vs the budget. Coordinates and ensure with the project team that OSH is properly budgeted.
- Research and purchase proper safety protective equipment, gear and items that can be used by PDE.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by his/her immediate superior.
Minimum Qualifications
- With at least 2 years related experience; 2 years project experience
- B.S. Engineering / or any related course
- License Required: Safety Officer 2
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Project Management Skills
- Skills on Analysis
- Computer Skills
- Has knowledge in OSH Compliance, OSH Laws and Regulations and OSH Permits and Licensing
- Background in Renewable Energy industry is a plus.
- Willing to travel in project sites.
