Stakeholder Relations and Compliance Specialist  

The Stakeholder Relations and Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring PDE’s compliance to requirements set out by ERC, GMC, NGCP, DOE as well as regulations under the EPIRA, RE Law, and other related power industry regulations

Responsibilities include:

• Handles tasks related to Regulatory and Compliance:
  • Project Pre Development, Development, Execution compliance requirements set out by ERC, GMC, NGCP, DOE, BOI as well as regulations under the EPIRA, RE Law, and other related power industry regulations
  • Compliance requirements to be handed over to Operating BU set out by ERC, GMC, NGCP, DOE, BOI as well as regulations under the EPIRA, RE Law, and other related power industry regulations
• Does monthly and quarterly monitoring of PDE’s compliance status.
• Conforms to AP and PDE Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety and Information Security Management Systems policies, standards, procedures and guidelines.
• Protects information assets related to project pre-development, development, execution from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference.
• Performs other duties that maybe assigned by his/her immediate superior.

Willing to travel to the project sites.

• At least 1 year experience in stakeholder management, CSR, or administrative roles
• At least 1 year experience in any project (preferably power projects)
• Understanding of power industry procedures and practices is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any related course
• Organization skills
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills (written and verbal);
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
