Project Development Supervisor  

The Project Development Supervisor is responsible for managing all desktop investigations, study, planning, modeling, feasibility design, site investigation, detailed design, drawing production, estimating, construction methodology and delivery to Project Execution of solar/hydro/wind power projects to ensure quality product both on time and within agreed budget.

Responsibilities include:

• Establishes key project development deliverables, reporting mechanisms and timelines
• Manages progress in accordance with these specific project development & delivery milestones
• Administer the engineering process of any green-field or brown-field projects that have been approved for development
• Provides quality reporting on progress and costs incurred on a monthly basis until completion of the project
• Manages, documents and follows procedures for engineering management, documentation of decisions and administrative filing and document control
• Identify local community programs required under law or concession
• Manages external consultants and contractors and coordinates with them during design, development, and construction
• Manages the administration of all contracts related to the Project to ensure each party’s obligations are met
• Prepares initial financial models to evaluate financial viability of projects

Willing to travel or be relocated to the various project sites.

• At least 7 years experience in project development (specifically renewable power projects like solar, wind, and hydro)
• At least 3 years experience leading a project team
• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering
• Licensed Engineer
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
