Job Description

The Electrical Manager is responsible for managing the construction and completion of Electrical Works such as but not limited to DC side of solar plant, substation, transmission line and connection point, which includes management and guidance of any internal staff (engineers, liaison officers, safety officers, and other general project staff and functions as may be required). S/he will also be responsible for managing the coordination and performance of the contractual parties that are involved in the delivery of the Project within agreed quality, budgetary, and timeline constraints.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduate of Electrical Engineering
Must be a licensed engineer
At least 10 years combined experience in power plant engineering, construction, and installation of high voltage facilities.
At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role
Project Experience: At least three (3) years of experience in power plant and high voltage electrical installations
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
