Organizational Planning and Performance Management Specialist  

The position is responsible for the customization, implementation and assessment of the Company’s organizational planning, project portfolio, performance and operational risk management processes in assigned teams.

Organizational Planning, Performance and Operational Risk Management Governance

• Facilitates the identification and analysis of opportunities and gaps to improve the strategic management and risk maturity of various units
• Reviews and implements risk management context and guidelines
• Researches, customizes, recommends and implements the most appropriate planning, project prioritization or performance management frameworks based on principles and criteria pre-defined by management

Organizational and Project Portfolio Planning

• Directs and facilitates the operational planning workshops
• Facilitates proponents on the initiation, planning and documentation of programs and projects, while ensuring alignment to corporate strategy
• Facilitates the sequencing of programs and projects, to account for dependencies within the portfolio, balancing off resource constraints and other operational considerations
• Consolidates the approved programs and projects into the company-wide portfolio management plan

Organizational and Project Portfolio Performance Management

• Consolidates various teams' performance and conducts periodic comparative analysis of homogenous performance metrics
• Manages the process by which organization performance data, including project portfolio performance, are collected, validated and reported to senior management
• Leads the maintenance and improvement of the Enterprise Performance Management System
• Designs, conducts and disseminates the results of the Internal Customer Satisfaction Survey

Operational and Project Risk Management

• Facilitates operational and project risk assessments of project teams, as well as reviews and challenges risk owners and relevant parties to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness of operational/project risk management plans
• Ensures that operational/project risk registers are periodically reviewed and updated with any movements triggered by the completion of risk treatment plans
• Provides risk updates for management reporting

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field
• MBA or professional certification related to work experience requirements (e.g. BSC, ISO 31000, Project Management Professional), an advantage
• At least 3 years combined experience in corporate planning and organizational performance management
• Substantial working knowledge of or relevant implementation experience in
