Job Description
The position will be responsible in handling the Treasury Cash Management & Treasury Operations and Cashiering function of the assigned business unit.
Some of the responsibilities are:
- Ensuring that collections are deposited on the collecting accounts on a timely manner
- Analyzing cashflow and defining plans to address funding requirements and assessing the opportunities to invest in case of surplus
- Ensuring APVs are accounted for and processed in accordance to due dates and urgency
- Ensuring correct GL accounts and proper mode of payments were used in disbursements
- Ensuring payments are supported with the approved APV and required documentation and approvals
- Ensuring that processed payments are adequately funded
- Ensuring availability of funds for approved cash advances & replenishments
- Facilitating the opening/closing of bank accounts
- Ensuring proper labeling and filing of treasury documents

Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Accountancy or any other business-related course
- At least 1 year experience in Treasury Department
- Proficient in Oracle or any other related Accounting System
- Working knowledge in treasury operations and accounting management
- Highly proficient with MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
