The HR Assistant will support the Talent Optimization and Culture and Engagement team in their various initiatives and activities. The position will also assist in the campaign materials and communication plans to be sent out to the internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Support in internal communication materials as needed, Town Hall transcriptions and maintenance of microsites
• Support in the administrative and documentation requirements with regards to Competency Framework, Technical Curriculum, and Career Mapping
• Provide assistance in the Learning and Development initiatives and activities such as AP University, Aboitiz Core Programs, Policies and Guidelines, Governance and Support on AP Internal Trainings, LinkedIn Learning Oversight, Training Effectiveness
• Support in the virtual learning events and administrative tasks
• Support in registration management of 1AP Mentoring Program
• Other tasks that may be assigned

Term: 6 months

• Graduate of any 4-year related course
• Must be skilled in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel
• Must be familiar with Canva and Mailchimp
• Must have strong organizational skills, strong ability to multi-task and attention to detail
• Must have the ability to determine work priorities, take initiative, and work independently
• Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills
