Accounting Analyst  

The position is responsible for timely and proper recording of financial transactions to assigned General Ledger accounts and ensuring accuracy of information for financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular substantation, reconciliation, and analysis of assigned GL accounts; ensures balances of assets, liabilities, revenue, and expense accounts
• Review financial transactions affecting assigned GL accounts and prepare journal entries in conformity to accounting standards and company policy
• Review and process payable transactions
• Perform reconciliation and analysis of vendors, employees, and related parties to ensure liabilities are paid on due dates
• Ensure regulatory and tax filings are prepared and filed

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), an advantage
• At least one (1) year work experience in general accounting (tax, accounts receivable)
• Knowledge of automated financial systems
• Knowledge of PFRS, SEC regulations, and Internal Revenue regulations
• Attention to detail
• Excellent leadership, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills
