Job Description

The Business Process and Documentation Assistant is responsible for providing Project Development and Execution management support which will include documentation of PDE standards and processes, business process mapping, and document control.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Business Process

  • Monitors compliance to PDE policies, guidelines, and procedures, and ensures conformance to applicable standards and requirements.
  • Supports the formulation of new procedures and map processes in accordance to requirements of PDE
  • Supports the monitoring and review of areas for process improvement to reduce time and cost and improve quality. Maintains the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the Development Cycle ensuring that tools/templates are updated and being used in the report pre.

Document Control

  • Supports PDE, both at head office and the site, in providing document support services. Acts as custodian of all project documents — technical, general incoming and outgoing correspondences, reports, instruction manuals, drawings, log sheets/charts, commissioning/startup records, safety records — and ensures systematic retrieval of such.
  • Lends/Retrieves requested manual drawings and technical documents to requesting parties. Inspects files, documents, and technical manuals to determine obsoleteness and perform archiving of records and documents
  • Ensures proper revision and version control of documents being used.

Others

  • Complies with company policies and procedures, safety, health, environment, and security rules and practices
  • Conforms to the company's Integrated Management Systems, policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines
  • Reports any Integrated Management System incidents, potential events, or other risks to the organization
  • Protects information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or interference by:
    • Ensuring that field and office data, forms, contract documents, manuals, books, and all other classified documents are secured and in safe storages
    • Maintaining availability, confidentiality, and integrity of project cost estimates, feasibility studies, design drawings, design reports and calculations, and all other related documents
    • Maintaining confidentiality of other documents particularly those which are classified as highly critical (e.g. TableSurvey reports, HyDev/SlNAG/AMlHAN Cycle) Performs other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the TL

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any 4-year related course
  • With at least at 1 year experience in Power Industry or Power Generation
  • Willing to work in BGC
  • Can start ASAP
