Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Technical Document Control Specialist plays a support role in planning, designing, and implementing the asset management plans and policies. The position is responsible for supporting the Asset Management (AM) Programs established by AP Gen.
The position will also provide direct support to the AP Gen Asset Management Manager and Chief Technology Officer in carrying out the purpose and scope of the AP Gen Asset Management policies & guidelines according to ISO 55001 and established technical standards by:
- Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of the Asset Management Plans of the generation business units;
- Reviewing and reporting on results of the O&M teams for each of the assets based on metrics/KPIs aligned to industry best practices;
- Collaborating with Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) with regard to operational risk reviews of the plants; and
- Supporting implementation of AM Policy & Guidelines at the AP Gen Plant Level
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution (Master's Degree in Engineering is an advantage)
- At least 5 years experience in process plant position preferably power generation or petrochemical/industrial gas production/refining (can be negotiable if candidate has advanced technical/business degree
- 2 years Project Experience
- Engineering Board Passer (Professional Engineer is an advantage)
- Professional Individual Certification on ISO 55001 from internationally recognized asset management organizations (Preferred)
