Job Description
- Manage the Christmas Giveaway and Brand Items of AP Reputation Management
- Coordinate with customers and suppliers on the procurement process for orders
- Facilitate the distribution/ delivery of items to customers
- Perform physical inventory management
- Assist in database management/ encoding and filing of news clippings
- Assist in events logistics and company activities
- Documentation and files management
- Perform other tasks in support of overall team objectives
- Duration of project: November 2019 - February 2020
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have knowledge and skills on the supply chain, inventory and procurement management
- Must have strong organizational skills, strong ability to multi-task and attention to detail
- Must have the ability to determine work priorities, take initiative, and work independently
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively to various suppliers and customers
- Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills
