Job Description
The position is responsible for providing functional support and training for the optimization and for the rollout of the Enterprise Systems.
Responsibilities:
- Provide solution to functional issues by investigating and identifying the root cause of the issue and testing the recommended solution
- Provide solution to technical issues (e.g. system fixes, patches) or in the system enhancements/updates by conducting the initial testing to minimize the testing efforts of the SMEs
- Evaluate report requirements against the standard ERP reports
- Develop a new report or customize an existing ERP standard report
- Implement the Policies, Procedures and Guidelines on the reports development process with particular focus on ensuring that the requirements of all business units are considered, that the reports development or customization is duly authorized, that the reports development is monitored, that the testing is performed, and the report is accepted prior to the rollout
- Recommend enhancements or changes on current use of standard functionality or features by conducting research and by reviewing the current Maximo System setup
- Recommend improvement of changes to Policies, Procedures, Guidelines, Forms and Work Instructions
- Coordinate with SMEs and System Administrators to determine system performance at user level
- Responsible for the maintenance of the Maximo Core System and Common Setup documents
- Ensure readiness of Maximo System rollout documents by maintaining an updated rollout checklist, setup documents, and training materials in the Document Management System
- Develop functional design of integration between Maximo and other enterprise systems by creating data element mappings
- Ensure the integrity of the ERP in production when implementing additional modules or integrating a system
- Coordinate requests for additional licenses or renewal of support for the business units, including verification of the licenses or renewal of support count and validation of corresponding invoices against contracts or agreements

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or any 4-year related course
Experience: At least 2 years' experience in Oracle EBS R12 Functional Suppport
Certifications: Attendance in IBM Maximo Trainings
