Job Description
This function is responsible for assisting the FVP - Energy Trading and Sales in providing technical information and support.
Technical Assistance
- Works closely and effectively with the FVP - Energy Trading and Sales and conducts timely follow-ups with the concerned unit/s to ensure commitments, accountabilities and responsibilities are delivered.
- Conducts research, gathers information, prepares reports and presentation materials as needed.
- Attends meetings when required to record minutes and commitments; ensures that commitments and deliverables are tracked.
Administrative
- May perform other tasks as may be required by the COO APGEN from time to time.

- Good business acumen and the ability to build relationships and liaise with diverse team members and partners
- Analytical, critical thinking and solutions-focused problem-solving abilities
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confidentiality, good judgment, and diplomacy for matters that are highly sensitive in nature

- An ability to work under pressure while maintaining focus

- Good time management, organization, decision-making, and administrative skills
- An ability to analyze and improve processes, protocols, and procedures
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any Engineering or any related course;
- At least 4 years experience as a Technical Assistant or relevant function;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
