Job Description
HR Specialist - Attraction
- This position shall be responsible for Talent Attraction initiatives and operations in AP Corp. The incumbent will manage the recruitment and onboarding/offboarding activities for managers and below positions, Employer Branding initiatives and creation of Human Resources Information Systems. The role will likewise have a functional oversight in Talent Attraction projects that cut across 1AP, with the supervision of AVP, HR Operations.
HR Specialist - Systems
- The position provides functional support to AP Gen BU’s HR department in the area of Oracle HR Module by attending to issues raised by users of Oracle HR module.
- Analyzes issues raised by users by referring to manuals and consulting vendors and relaying solutions to users.
- Ensures compliance and monitor the usage of HR systems across AP Gen through monthly HR meeting of BU’s.
HR Specialist - Culture
- The position is responsible for managing effective Talent Management and Culture Building programs across AboitizPower, including Competency Development, Learning, and Succession Planning. Moreover, ensuring the readiness of human capital to move in- sync with the business direction enabling AP to achieve Operational and HR Excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Development Management or any related course.
- At least two (2) years of relevant experience in the field of Recruitment, HRIS, and/or Organization Development.
- Has knowledge in Oracle and Fusion.
- Good command of the English language, both written and oral.
