Job Description
Provide support to AVP Talent Optimization in deploying Succession and Career management strategies across the Aboitiz Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Key Talent Reviews for Critical Positions and Hi Potential Employees
- Monitor Individual Development Plans of talents managed by Aboitiz Group HR
- Manage Assessment Center process for selected Group Talents
- Maintain and update KTR files and Group Talent Inventory
- Create Succession and Career Management reports and templates (Talent Analytics, Group KTR and IDP trackers)
- Create and maintain IDP library and other reference materials on Agora
- Provide support to Group Talent Optimization champions
- Billing of Succession and Career Management fees and payment of selected suppliers
- Prepare Group Succession Review presentation and binders
- Hi-Potential assessments
- Management of Bugsay portal on Agora and IDPs on ATMS
- Management of ATMS Talent Review and Succession modules
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate, preferably with bachelor's degree in Management, Social Sciences or Psychology
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- With excellent oral and written business communication skills
- Proficiency in computer application such as MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint
- Ability to have meaningful conversations with Team Leaders
- Ability to facilitate workshops from time to time
- Ability to come up with relevant metrics and data
- Must be willing to work in a fast paced environment
