Job Description
The Senior Project Officer- Health & Well-being is responsible for the conceptualization, planning, implementation and monitoring and evaluation of the Health and Wellbeing projects with a focus to:
- Disaster Relief
- Community-Based Disaster Risk Reduction Management
- Water, Sanitation, and Health (WASH)
He or she is also tasked to assist in the conduct of capacity building trainings for the partner cooperatives
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
- With excellent oral and written business communication skills
- Proficiency in computer application such as MS Office
- Has an experience in Project Management, training facilitation, stakeholder engagement and community organizing skills.
- Must be willing to travel (50% of the time).
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
