Job Description
- Coordinates with legal counsels on the contracts and transaction matters and extends assistance when required.
- Provides proofreading and document formatting support to legal counsels who are reviewing and/or drafting contracts.
- Prepares simple documents (i.e. transmittal letters) that may be required during special projects and transactions.
- Assists legal counsel to coordinate and perform administrative tasks required during special projects and transaction.
- Organizes the filing and classification of documents and records according to the defined standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferably Journalism, AB English, Economics.
- Experience in contracts drafting or documents proofreading/editing.
- Preferably worked as a paralegal in an in-house firm or law firm.
- Communication and customer focus.
- Ability to work with diverse personalities within various levels of the organization.
- Can effectively control difficult work-relation situations.
- Analytical and organizational skills.
