Job Description
The Talent Attraction Officer is responsible in ensuring the Attraction activities / processes for AEV are implemented in coordination with the Aboitiz Group HR (AGHR) governance and policies. Will act as an HR Business Partner for Recruitment for Aboitiz Equity Ventures.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management and/or equivalent
- At least 3 yeasrs experience in related function or work
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
