Job Description
- Assist in managing the Learning Management System.
- Finishing up the ATMS Learn Playbook.
- Documenting new training enrollment process.
- Uploading of Aboitiz Group data into ATMS Learn.
- ATMS Learn management and maintenance.
- Assist in Training Administration.
- Training logistics and arrangements.
- Training evaluation and reports.
- Maintenance of Group Training Calendar.
- Training inventory and materials management.
- Trainer coordination.
- External training supplier coordination and management.
- BIlling.
- Assist in Better Ways Academy Compliance.
- Data gathering and consolidation of Group Compliance Report.
- Assist in some L&D Initiatives (Mentoring Partnership, Learning Council, A-Trainers Porgram, Roll-out of e-Learning, Annual Leaders Conference).

Minimum Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years experience in HR Training.
- Familiar with HR Training.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
