Job Description

To provide efficient administrative and operation support to executive team leader and the Digital Management team.

  • Help FVP of Digital Management on day-to-day team coordination and operations
  • Help prepare presentation materials and documents
  • Serve as the scribe for meetings to capture meeting notes, action items and logs. Will also be responsible for follow-ups on any action items and deliverables
  • Coordinate meetings schedule, room reservations and management of department and committee meetings schedule and action logs
  • Arrange travel bookings, hotel accommodation and other logistics required
  • Maintains up to-date filing system ensuring safekeeping of confidential matters
