Physical Assets Security Manager  

The Physical Assets Security Manager is responsible to assist the AVP for Physical Assets Security in overseeing the physical assets security strategies, plans and programs of the Aboitiz Group’s business units’ offices and facilities by handling the group’s internal and external threat situation and information as well as preparedness; conducting security audits and stakeholder engagement; and provide security consultative services.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Handles the collection, analysis and information dissemination of external and internal security threat situations across the group.
• Review and provides inputs to groupwide security policies and guidelines
• Review and provides inputs to groupwide security risk assessment and operational risk management plan
• Conduct, report and monitor security audit findings of business units.
• Monitors and analyze security incidents groupwide
• Oversee the conduct of security drills by business units
• Conduct training and competency developmental activities
• Facilitate security guard force selection by business unit cluster by conducting due diligence and evaluating security agency
• Conducts security investigation as needed
• Assist in measuring security implementation across the group.
• Network with external security stakeholders
• Provide consultative security services to business units.

• Bachelor’s/College degree in any course, Management and/or Security-related course is a plus
• At least five (5) years in the security industry
• Certified Security Professional and/or Certified Security Trainer and/or Certified Security Management Specialist
• Proficient in MS Office tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Must be fluent in written and oral English communication
• Must possess leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills
