Job Description
This requirement is for Aboitiz InfraCapital, Inc., the infrastructure arm of Aboitiz.
The Admin Specialist is responsible for implementing the day-to-day operational services of Human Resources and Administration. He/she will also be ensuring efficient and timely delivery of services within the practices and policies of Aboitiz InfraCapital, Inc. (AIC) and the Aboitiz Group, with the objective of transforming talent experience and improving overall employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Supports general administration needs of the organization and ensures proper implementation of admin systems
- Supervises front office, movements of material inward/outward, courier records maintenance, local procurements, and management of fixed assets such as company vehicles and others
- Handles travel requirements of the organization, and coordinates with vendors to ensure implementation of cost-saving strategies
- Manages facility, office maintenance, major/minor repairs, lease contracts and renewals, pantry and cafeteria, stationery and office supplies.
- Allocates day-to-day work on security and housekeeping; monitors and liaises with Third Party contractors; manages contract staff appointments and termination, and maintains a safe and secure work environment
- Supports the onboarding process to properly engage new employees
- Promotes the Aboitiz Values and drives organizational culture aligned with the corporate goals and objectives
Minimum Qualifications
- Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in any behavioral science courses preferably Psychology, Human Resources
- Must have 3 years of work-related experience in administrative tasks
- Willing to be assigned to Taguig
