Job Description
The Project Employee for Total Rewards is responsible for supporting Aboitiz’s overall People Strategies providing assistance to strategic rewards programs and initiatives that takes into consideration talent needs and business sustainability.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Gathers relevant information and documents from business units for compensation and benefits benchmarking studies, and provides recommendations as applicable
- Coordinates with consultants and submits information and documents needed for benchmarking studies
- Recommends potential enhancements to improve market study reports
- Conducts researches on trends and best practices on total rewards
Minimum Qualifications
- Must hold a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Science, or other related Business Courses
- With at least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in Total Rewards
- Experience in handling or coordinating compensation and benefits benchmarking studies a plus
