Finance Manager  

This requirement is for Aboitiz InfraCapital, Inc., an infrastructure arm of Aboitiz.

The Finance Manager is responsible for leading the financial management, and cost reporting of all financial and revenue activities at AAASC and at airports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversees the preparation and management of financial reporting for AIC management & Airport General Manager on a monthly basis. Reports include commentary and analysis, KPI reporting, forecasting, budgeting and working capital management.
• Monitors the financial performance of AASC and the Airports against the approved budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting on variances and formulate corrective measures and plans to optimize financial performance of the business.
• Provides high level financial insight and decision support to grow the business in a profitable manner.
• Inputs into the direction of the business plans, including pricing and promotional strategies.
• Supports the development of strategic partnerships with key external and internal parties, as they relate to the activities of the AIC Finance Department.
• Manages the financial and communication flow of information in an efficient manner which maximizes business performance.
• Ensures revenue budgets, forecasts, plans for AASC and the Airports are completed timely and accurately with all stakeholders input.
• Ensures statutory compliance with appropriate internal controls to maintain the integrity & quality of revenue reporting.
• Provide knowledge and advice on best practice financial reporting across the business.

• Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
• A highly qualified industry professional with eight years+ financial experience, with a background that covers the full spectrum of financial management and reporting. A proven track record in driving best practice financial reporting is essential. Qualified Accountant, likely to be currently working at a senior level in a Group reporting or Corporate Finance capacity within a plc, or leading accountancy firm.
• A pro-active and innovative, driven individual who has a proven track-record of excellent financial management and demonstrated strong commercial acumen. The role requires someone with a strong academic track record, strong technical accounting skills, with knowledge and experience of financial modelling.
• The ideal candidate will have held a variety of progressive positions across a range of financial activities, including cost management.
