Job Description
This requirement is for Aboitiz InfraCapital, Inc., the infastructure arm of Aboitiz.
The Operations Manager is responsible for maintaining operations at the airports and providing services needed by passengers, airlines and other clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oveersees the implementation of the airport operational policies, procedures and guidelines
- Ensure readiness of his airport team in providing fire/rescue services and in responding to emergency situations.
- Ensure that operational acitivities comply with mandatory requirements and standards set by the company.
- Oversee the resolution of operational delays and comes up with measures to prevent recurring delays.
- Manage the scheduling of shifts of the operations team to ensure that all posts are manned at all required times.
- Manage the performance of the Operations Team, set with the team their performance targets and coach the staff to meet the set objectives.
- Prepare the budget for the operations team and monitor operational expenses.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must hold a Bachelor's Degree
- A highly qualified industry professional with at least 10 years work experience in the airport/aviation industry, 3 years of which was operations management experience in an airport with at least ten million passengers per anum traffic.
