Job Description
This requirement is for Aboitiz InfraCapital, Inc., the Infrastructure arm of Aboitiz.
The Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager, is responsible for developing and implementing safety, health, environment, and quality programs of the airports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the review, improvement, and implementation of the HSEQ policies, procedures and guidelines
- Instill desired behavior to people at the airports to meet HSEQ standards.
- Manage the liaison work with government agencies/authorities at the local and regional level to secure required HSEQ-related registrations, permits, and licenses.
- Ensure the airports' compliance with laws and reporting requirements on HSEQ-related matters.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments for employee-related welfare, occupational safety, and health concerns.
- Work closely with colleagues , project managers, and other business units to ensure on-time execution of all delvierables and successful transition of IT projects into operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Holds a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering
- Minimum of five(5) years managerial experience in implementing OSH, environmental and quality management system; Must have experience in putitng up or having a company certified in a quality management system
- Certification as HSE Practitioner
