HR and Admin Manager  

This requirement is for Aboitiz InfraCapital, Inc., the Infrastructure arm of Aboitiz

The HR and Admin Manager is responsible for the implementation of all facets in human resources management from Attraction, Optimization, Retention aligned to the people practices and policies of the Aboitiz Group.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Talent Attraction:

• Reviews and approves attraction strategies to ensure availability and endorsement of the right talents. Ensures planning for the future organizational requirements based on the business development plan
• Forges string relationships with relevant external parties such as DOLE, Universities, etc. and ensures proper representation.
• Strategizes and reviews job offer packages to ensure its competitiveness and attractiveness while protecting the employer brand
• Oversees onboarding process to properly engage new employees

Talent Optimization

• In collaboration with Team Leaders, develops and implements Individual Development Plans of critical position holders and high-potentials within the organization
• Ensures timely, accurate and thorough implementation of talent management program
• Develops and Implements Goals and Performance Management program and instill a performance-based culture

Talent Retention

• Ensures alignment of compensation and benefits administration within the Aboitiz Group
• Provides strategic plans and guidance on rewards management and ensures consistent implementation of approved programs
• Promotes the Aboitiz Values and drives organizational culture aligned with the corporate goals and objectives
• Ensures that HR programs promotes industrial peace, comply with labor and regulatory requirements, resolve human relations related issues and addresses current organizational needs
• Analyzes and makes appropriate recommendations to management for out of policy cases.
• Continuously review HR Systems for process improvements
• Monitors the implementation of all HR Programs for timely submission to Aboitiz Group Management
• Manages staff and ensures their development, performance, and availability of the needed resources to execute their functions
• Manages Service Level Agreement and ensure timely and accurate delivery of HR Services.

• Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Industrial Engineering, or any related courses
• Minimum of five(5) years experience in Human Resources Management
• Experienced working in large operations (300-500 People) with different skill set
• Experienced working in mergers and acquisitions, preferably from government to private
• Preferably fluent in Visayan language
