Asset Care Manager  

This requirement is for Aboitiz InfraCapital, Inc., the infrastructure arm of Aboitiz.

The Asset Care Manager is responsible for managing maintenance activities across the airports, setting maintenance strategy, plans, and annual budgets in line with the overall business strategy and policy framework.

Key Responsiblities Include:

• Monitor the operational performance of the Asset Care Department against the approved targets and KPIs, report on variances to the General Manager, and manage the implementation of corrective measures.
• Responsible for the financial performance of the Asset Care Department against the approved budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting on variances, and manage the implementation of corrective measures and plans.
• Lead the Airport’s Asset Care Department ensuring high levels of staff performance, flexibility, and productivity.
• Manage and maintain strong business partnerships with key stakeholders of the Asset Care Department and contribute to instilling a culture of trust and transparency with internal stakeholders, enabling smooth and constructive business interactions.
• Responsible for the management of services and processes that support operational requirements.
• Ensure the management of Asset Care across the airport, demonstrate full compliance with statutory, policy framework, HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, Environment), and other external requirements.
• Manage & maintain Airport assets through their life cycle via an optimized best practice, risk-based approach.
• Establish and embed effective and efficient systems and processes to support the department in achieving high level of service for the occupants and stakeholders.
• Embed a high performance health & safety, continuous improvement, and energy awareness culture within the Asset Care Department.
• Ensure maintenance of the terminal is implemented effectively using both internal resources and service contracts where appropriate.
• Minimize operational risk during maintenance and ensure the safety of users at the airport.
• Develop and implement energy & utility reduction targets, strategies, and initiatives.
• Oversee all Asset Care requests in line with quality standards and Asset Care budgets.
• Deliver best practice, cost-effective maintenance in line with Asset Care budgets
• Build relationships with specialist vendors around procurement and contract management
• Liaise with Group engineering division regarding future projects, and their future maintenance.

• Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Mechnical or Electrical Engineering
• 10+ years of management experience, with a background that covers the full spectrum of large-scale maintenance project life cycles
• Experience in contractor tendering, procurement, and construction management
• Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
