Job Description
This requirement is for Aboitiz InfraCapital, Inc., the infrastructure arm of Aboitiz.
The IT Manager is responsible for the management of the IT Department and the delivery of multiple IT services to the Regional Airports in an effective and efficient manner. The IT Manager will be responsible for defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing IT technologies to deliver results in line with business objectives, which include airport system integration and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Manage and lead the IT team at AAASC to deliver a first class, efficient and reliable IT service, while adhering to the MPSS requirements of the Concession Agreement
- Develop the IT teams’ plans, KPIs and milestones in line with overall strategy and the Concession Agreement, and ensure annual plans are in line with the overall business plan.
- Monitor the financial performance of the IT team against the approved budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting on variances, formulate corrective measures and plans to optimize financial performance of the department.
- Lead the development of strategic partnerships with key external parties, as they relate to the activities of the IT team
- Provide expert management to support complicated incidents through to resolution and deliver feedback to the customer
- Preserve assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures
- Ensure Corporate IT polices are met and further recommend IT strategies, policies, and procedures specific to each site by evaluating business outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirement
Minimum Qualifications
- Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related course
- With eight years+ of IT experience, with a background that covers the full spectrum of medium-scale IT management
- Advanced to expert level knowledge and understanding of IT service delivery, project management, solution development processes, and best practice are required
