Job Description
The Corporate Communications Officer/Manager is responsible for conceptualizing, developing, coordinating, and executing corporate communication plans and programs within company goals and objectives covering internal and external communications and branding, with the objective of building and maintaining good image and reputation of the company and its business units.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Conceptualizes, develops, coordinates, and implements corporate communications strategy in order to engage, build, and maintain the company’s brand and business objectives
- Prepares presentations and speeches for the CEO and COO, and work with other units in preparing internal communications in support of the strategic objectives of the company
- Coordinates with External Relations on the company branding and development of brand guidelines in order to ensure that the company image is maintained and consistent in various collaterals.
- Collaborates with External Relations, Business Development, and Business Unit Operations on managing various communication channels, including web/digital, social media channels to ensure presence, create awareness, and protect our reputation.
- Coordinates with External Relations in maintaining good media relationship in order to ease the process of delivering messages to the general public
- Monitors media reports/stories and social networking sites, and alerts Company officials on critical posts.
- Collaborates with HRAD, External Relations, and Business Unit Operations on the development and maintenance of company websites
Minimum Qualifications
- Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Communication or any equivalent course
- With at least 3 years of experience in corporate communications, media relations, and branding
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must display proficiency in web/digital designs and contents for media campaigns/branding materials
