Job Description
The Total Rewards Manager is responsible for managing projects, including but not limited to, job analysis & evaluation, conducting studies of total rewards programs, providing the update to the Group Benefits Administration System, year-round long-term incentive administration, year-end compensation planning, and survey management. These projects will be providing support to the attraction, engagement, and retention of talents of the Aboitiz Group.
He/she will also act as a subject matter expert to review and document processes for the benefit programs of the group. He/she will partner with internal and external stakeholders responsible for the group processes and services, to ensure that all associated processes are managed and delivered per policy, program requirement, and service level agreement terms.
The successful candidate will also be assisting in the tracking of metrics and other reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and communicating competitive total rewards strategies including compensation, benefits, retirement, engagement, and other work experience programs
- Ensuring compliance with all government relations related to the compensation and benefits programs
- Conducting an evaluation of the organization's compensation and benefits programs, assessing the effectiveness of existing policies, guidelines, architecture. and procedures
- Developing strategies for cost-effective health, welfare, and wellness plan designs that are competitive with the marketplace and keeps abreast of employee plans, program developments, and trends/issues
- Collaborating and providing a consultative approach to Strategic Business Units to develop and execute compensation and benefits solutions to meet the needs of unique business situation
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Human Resource Administration, or other related fields
- Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in the Human Resources
- Must have significant experience in the design and implementation of complex compensation and benefits programs
