Project Manager  

The Project Manager is responsible for supporting the Project Management Office Lead in the implementation of infrastructure projects within AIC.

The function includes the supervision of projects at all stages (from inception to operations), including but not limited to the following: tracking of completion and schedule, cost, quality control, compliance with project assumptions, etc.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting the PMO role in structuring and supervising projects at all stages (from inception to operations) by assessing project viability, strategic alignment, managing and monitoring project schedule, budget, compliance, etc.
• Assuming responsibility for individual project management. Accountable for efficient implementation.
• Coordinates with all concerned internal BUs (AP-PDE, Finance, Legal, and others) for project implementation
• Supporting project teams in evaluating and negotiating with partners and contractors (EPC, O&M), as well as subsequent contract management
• Supporting the VP PMO and Business Development. Leading in thepreparation of management reports and regular updates. Stimulating accountability of all project teams
• Monitoring compliance with project assumptions (financial, commercial, technical, legal), risks and opportunities within the project scope and supporting the VP PMO in reviewing project status by monitoring KPIs
• Ensuring compliance with business processes and verifying alignment with corporate policies and procedures.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial) or equivalent; Master's Degree in Engineering or MBA viewed favorably
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Project Management, Business Development, or Finance, preferably in infrastructure or infrastructure- related sectors
• Project track record (domestic or abroad)
