Business Process and Project Manager  

The Business Process and Project Manager is responsible for evaluating, designing, and executing Accounting and other related business processes and project management affecting the organization and other business units. He/she is also responsible for for the budget, communication plan, allocating tasks, setting milestones, and overseeing all aspects of the specific accounting and finance-related projects.

Key Responsiblities Include:

Process Analysis and Design

• Evaluating current processes and identifying potential areas for improvement
• Design and implement processes and workflow that maximize efficiency, maintain high levels of customer experience, and increase effectiveness of internal controls
• Develop appropriate metrics to measure effectiveness of processes being developed or re-engineered.
• Recommend and seek proper management approval on proposed changes, solutions, and alternatives.
• Conduct or participate in training and cascading of new processes.
• Assist process owners in performing new processes and ensure that any problems encountered with the new process are immediately addressed
• Monitor rolled-out projects by conducting systems evaluation and monitoring status to ensure that the approved systems are implemented
• Participate in management meetings and collaborate with stakeholders, when necessary, to capture initiatives requiring assistance and process integration opportunities that support business objectives.
• Collaborate with process owner in preparing Business Requirements Definition (BRD) document, analyzing to-be processes and identifying forms, reports, job aids, or tools to ensure a smooth transition to new processes.
• Work with the application solutions developer, ERP, and digital teams to establish business requirements for software development and project implementation, as needed.

• Implementing and managing change when necessary
• Evaluating and assessing the project's results
• Fostering partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and sponsors

• A Bachelor's degree holder in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or any related practice on Business Process or Information Technology
• Must have at least 3 years of work experience in an IT or Business Process managerial position
• Or at least 5 years of work experience in an IT or Business Process supervisory position
