Physical Assets Security Manager  

The Physical Assets Security Manager is responsible for assisting the AVP for Physical Assets Security in overseeing the physical assets security strategies, plans, and programs of the Aboitiz Group's business units' offices and facilities. He/she is also tasked to handle the group's internal and external threat situations, information, and preparedness. He/she is also responsible for conducting security audits and stakeholder engagement, as well as for providing security consultative services.

Key Responsiblities Include:

• Handling the collection, analysis, and information dissemination of external and internal security threat situations across the group
• Reviewing and providing inputs to group-wide security policies and guidelines, security risk assessment, and operational risk management plan
• Conducting, reporting, and monitoring the security audit findings of business units
• Conducting security investigation as needed
• Facilitating security guard force selection and conducting training and competency developmental activities
• Networking with external security stakeholders
• Providing consultative security services to business units

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Protective Services & Management or equivalent.
• Preferred Certifications: Certified Security Personnel, Certified Security Trainer, Certified Security Management Specialist
• Must have at leat 3 to 5 years of work experience in the security industry
• Must be proficient in MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Must be fluent in written and oral English communication
• Candidate must possess leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills
