Job Description
The Organizational Development Officer is responsible for leading and participating in group-wide OD initiatives that promote organizational effectiveness and improve talent optimization and employee engagement. He/she is also tasked to initiate and implement organizational effectiveness interventions.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading and managing assigned OD projects/initiatives
- Conducting research and analysis, and preparing business case presentations
- Preparing communication plans to support project implementation and a clear cascade of information
- Identifying improvements, new approaches, and/or tools to improve the service delivery of Talent Optimization initiatives
- Documenting and updating policies related to Talent Optimization
- Evaluating and recommending tools needed in implementing OD initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Must have at least 3 years of work experience in Human Resources
- Must have exposure in OD (succession planning, competency development, leadership development, culture and employee engagement, and performance management)
