Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the updating of data stored in RFQ database (Master list) by coordinating with Bid Supervisors, Business Development Officers and Estimators for the required information
- Responsible for the issuance of the contract order with complete documentation and approvals, including organizing and archiving of contract order data
- Responsible for SAP encoding in coordination with other SAP processors
- General document control activities such as photocopying, scanning and printing of documents
- Ensure proper packaging and on time turnover of Project Profile to Client, Operations Dept. and LCMS
- Responsible for the compilation of pertinent documents from all working departments necessary to complete the project file
- Administration of Client Contact Database through encoding of client call cards provided by Business Development Officers
Minimum Qualifications
Manage business development documents and data through close coordination with internal teams and focused monitoring to ensure maintenance of relevant, complete and reliable records, both in digital and physical form
Requirements:
- Graduate of any Business related course
- Microsoft Office proficient ( Excel, word, ppt)
- Addaptive to change
- Able to travel anywhere within the Philippines
- Good Work Attitude and Work Ethics
