Job Description
Increase Sales / Productivity by:
- Hitting Pick up quota 20 units per day thru same day Pick Up from Shipper
- Hitting Delivery quota 60 units per day thru same day delivery to consignee
- Converting Consignee to ABest Shippers.
- Maintaining ABest Branch by being customer friendly, with good grooming and hygiene and with complete uniform
Decrese Risks / Cost by:
- Zero wastage of time, gas and company resources
- Zero Customer Complaint of delayed deliveries by complying w/ all SOPs on releasing, delivery and on pick-ups acceptance
- 100% Compliance with government driving regulations to avoid accident
- 100% Compliance to the safety of consignment & accountable forms entrusted to him.
- 100% Compliance to turnover procedures of CASH, ACCOUNTABLE FORMS / SUPPLIES CONSIGNMENT entrusted to couriers
- 100% teamwork with supervisor & peers to achieve harmony within the company.
Minimum Qualifications
- With own Motor Cycle and Renewed License
- Preferably Male
