Job Description

  • Listen to customer's questions, concerns and provide answers or responses.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of Tourism
  • Must be familar with GDS
  • Preferably with 2-3 years working experience in travel industry
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and can work well under pressure
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel & Word)
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
