Accounts Payable Officer

As an Accounts Payable Officer in our Makati Head Office, you will be responsible to:

1. Ensure timely and accurate posting of invoices and expense reports.

2. Ensure invoices and expense reports are paid on time.

3. Work with stakeholders in resolving issues/concern on vendor invoices.

4. Monitor status of employee revolving fund and cash advances.

5. Reconciliation of vendor and employee accounts.

6. Initiate/implement process improvement on payable processes.

1. At least 3 years of work experience in Accounts Payable and Disbursements

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) and ERP softwares (JDE, Oracle, SAP etc.)

3. Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy of required outputs

4. High level of customer focus, self-directed, and can work under minimal supervision

5. Good communication skills
