Are you up to the challenge? We are looking for a project-based CS Specialist who will spearhead the following tasks:
- Prepare weekly OTIF report template to be send to ADs every Thursday.
- Consolidate weekly OTIF report received from ADs every Friday.
- Plan SO every Friday based on weekly OTIF confirmed order by ADs
- Weekly process of Goods in transit (GIT) to be send to ADs
- Process and file customer complaints – monthly basis
- Consolidate monthly Aging Report received from ADs
- SO Process in JDE
- Full goods – daily process
- RPM – daily process
- Sundry – twice a month
- Return Orders – process as needed if there’s a customer complaint file
- FOC – as requested by marketing and management
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Good background of Customer Service in Supply Chain/Logistics
